On one of the most historical tree lined brownstone blocks in the West Village, Alfa Development chose this 1838 townhouse to do a full renovation into three unique luxury co-op units. The project’s development was able to carefully restore some of the original wood and marble details while maintaining a high standard of contemporary luxury living. The project was completed in 1988.
